The last ten degrees of Capricorn, the tenth zodiacal sign, hold The Peacock @ 23 and The Weeping Degree @ 29 degrees. They are important parts of a hidden formula that represent the way the four suits in the Tarot deck pass energy from suit to suit: 10 = 1.
1 + 0 = 1 changing the number from 10 to a 1, or an ace.
The rhythm of Capricorn is both even [10] and odd [1].
Capricorn rules and patterns can link with energy at the center of the labyrinth. The flow of energy moves simultaneously from the center outward to the perimeter, and from outside the labyrinth to the center of the pattern.
Both external and internal akasha ‘breathe in and out.’ Acquisition and surrender work on each other as reflex actions at a 1/1 ratio. Energy moves from the top of the head to the soles of the feet the same way. The popular image for the whole mechanism in motion is the neophyte who must climb the sacred mountain [like the mountain goat.] So Capricorn is able to resume an upward climb if there are rough stretches, inclement weather, and disappointment. This is the third decanate of determination, pacing, and goal commitment. Obstacles are taken in stride when the system remains in balance. A kind word from loved ones can make a difference if the situation calls for understanding, unconditional acceptance and a little humour.
Elvis Presley's star chart reveals Mercury (how you think) conjunct the Peacock, a constellation he transformed into stained glass doors for his music room that seems to be an inner sanctum for Graceland. In fact, the Peacock represents an alchemist's self-realization - the divine conversation between the mortal self and immortal self within the heart - the last decanate of Capricorn is ruled by Virgo – reference to a mechanical engineering structure that has two guardians or pillars.
Presley's Midheaven @ 26 Virgo 49' is an early indication there would be recognition as a designer, working on major productions. 26 Virgo is trine to his Sun, Mercury, and Venus in Capricorn, an extremely lucky aspect for anyone in construction, mechanical engineering design, and interior remodeling. His skills as an interior designer surfaced when he decided to select everything for Graceland himself. Elvis had an eye for detail and mathematical measurement that extended into landscaping and an essential common sense about subtle energy traffic. He may have picked up some pointers from his experience in show business, but his aptitude was well above normal.
Today, Graceland probably tops the charts in America as one of our most beloved historical sites. Elvis transformed the estate into a national monument, in keeping with his enduring status as a national treasure. He was born with his Venus in Capricorn's weeping degree, so the achievement and closure-separating influence remained ever active into his adult life. Orlando Bloom's (Legolas) Interview details the physical toll sometimes taken by the last Capricorn decan. These degrees often put stress on the back, knees and ankles. Bloom broke his back and wasn't expected to recover - he was in a battle royale to regain his health - and ability to walk.

Peter Jackson capitalized on the intense energy, formed around Orli during the Battle of the Pelennor Fields. Aragorn assigned Legolas the task of properly dispatching a mammoth invader and ally of Sauron on the battlefield. It is generally known the tendency to tackle gargantuan tasks often resides within the Aquarian heart.
Aquarians are considered adept in the art of persuasion [as performers] partly because they are in possession of shapeshifter skills. The water bearer provides an opportunity to 'merge' or 'blend in' and appear invisible while the objective observer proceeds with character study.
Orli donned the rough-edge mindset of Aquarius-as-outlaw as he played Joseph Byrne, the confidential partner and friend of timeless Aussie legend Ned Kelley. Then Orli passed into classic epic poem work in the blockbuster, TROY. The lower octave [first through fourth 'heaven' or dimension] properties refer to passage of time in different ways. These four octaves always use the pendulum swing, forward and back, as the constant, so there is a 'construction' and 'deconstruction' cycle - two parts of the complete movement.

Capricorn wants to create a balance between the material and subtle, to emphasize the form and substance within the form, but not through obvious methods. Graceland’s name and décor suggest noble, almost ‘Valhalla-like’ energy. Visitors experience this aesthetic, subtle atmospheric condition (Sun-Mercury-Peacock)
on tours through the home and grounds. Thoughtfully placed symbolism, typical of Presley’s attention to detail, can be viewed on the virtual tour. When Elvis designed his living room and music room, for example, he accented the doorway with two peacocks. Neuschwanstein Castle, Germany
This is King Ludwig's magnificent and most famous castle, built in the neo-late romanesque style. With its turrets and mock-medievalism, its interior styles ranging from Byzantine through Romanesque to Gothic its a real fairy-tale fantasy come true. It was built between 1869 and 1886 for the Bavarian King Ludwig II. A splendid and imaginative "fairy-tale castle" high above the Alpsee lake with the Alps towering above it.
Only about a third of the building was actually completed. The 15 rooms you see on the tour show astonishing craftsmanship and richness of detail. Woodcarving in Ludwig's bedroom took 14 carpenters 4 1/2 years to complete. Wagner's operas feature everywhere in the form of murals.
The best view of the castle and a 45m waterfall is from the nearby Mary's Bridge (Marienbruecke), which spans a deep gorge. On the path between this bridge and the castle is a wonderful view of Hohenschwangau and the Alpsee.
Guided tours take about 35 minutes. You have to walk 170 steps up and down, a lift is not available. The castle (like Hohenschwangau) is open daily April to October, 8.30-5.30, November to March 10-4.

LATEST: BRAD PITT has confirmed girlfriend ANGELINA JOLIE will play MARIANE PEARL, the widow of slain Wall Street Journal reporter DANIEL PEARL, in a movie being made by his production company. The film will be adapted from Pearl's memoir, A MIGHTY HEART, which chronicles her experience after her husband was kidnapped and murdered by Islamic extremists in Pakistan in 2002. According to Pitt, "The film will focus on the deep collaboration between people around the world in search of Daniel in 2002. "We hope the film can increase understanding between people of all faiths and portray the story and the people involved as honestly as possible without anger or judgment." Pearl, a French journalist, was pregnant when her husband was kidnapped and gave birth to their son ADAM in May of that year (02). She has expressed her support for the project: "I am delighted that Angelina Jolie will be playing my role in the adaptation of the book. I deeply admire her work and what she is committed to." It is not known how Glamdring survived the Fall of Gondolin. Six thousand years later, in the year 2941 of the Third Age, Gandalf found Glamdring in the Troll-hoard in the Trollshaws. Glamdring
had a beautiful scabbard and a jewelled hilt and was engraved with runes. Elrond was able to identify the blade as Glamdring the Foe-hammer from the runes.
Gúthwinë
Éomer wielded his sword Gúthwinë alongside
Aragorn with Andúril at the Battle of the Hornburg, which momentarily changed the course of the battle. The two swords met again at the Battle of the Pelennor Fields, where they cut a course through the whole hosts of Sauron.

Herugrim
Sword of King Theoden of Rohan. Herugrim was an ancient blade. Its scabbard was clasped
with gold and was set with green gems. When Theoden fell under the influence of Grima Wormtongue, Grima took Herugrim and locked it in his chest.
On March 2, 3019, Gandalf healed Theoden and said, "Your fingers would remember their old strength better, if they grasped a sword-hilt." (TTT, p. 121)
Theoden first accepted Éomer's sword Gúthwinë and then he asked that Herugrim be retrieved from Grima. Hama made Grima give him the keys to the chest where Herugrim was hidden, and then he knelt before the King and presented the sword to him.
The Weeping Degree and Lights in the progressed star chart
When the lights [Sun-Moon] enter the Weeping Degree, we intuit initial ‘psychic sign’ heralds before final stage of shedding – or letting go. Part of the lifestyle [and symbols of our external paradigm] ready for recycle mode should be jettisoned at the point we feel the ‘weight’ of predictable living. Though the experience can be painful, it is necessary if we are to advance in life. Some of the investment made in the dream and vision of our future, not in the cards anymore because of choices and commitments we decided to make, have transmuted. So, to move to the next level we cut the old dreams away and take on a new understanding of what is possible for us. In the grand scheme of things this takes about a year for the Sun and about 3 – 4 months for the progressed Lunar passage.
The whole process, from start to completion, is not managed consciously, but can be orchestrated by an unconscious conductor. The rules are simple, but seldom easy to facilitate.
We must consciously achieve realization the break with the past should be complete. The acceptance of this fact may take longer than the ‘shedding’ experience. The split is with something that is familiar, predictable and safe. The process may be prompted by an external catalyst but may really come from within [Green Dolphin Street]. The turning point is sometimes painful, ‘messy’ – even life altering [Altered States]. Social connections are transfigured, hot wired, or abruptly halted. The ‘universal conductor’ steps up the pace, changing from waltz time to a staccato tempo [Immortal Beloved]. In The Order of the Phoenix, Sirius Black, Harry Potter’s Godfather explains various events in his life that have the weeping degree overtone.
According to Sirius, one could be disowned for disagreeing with the belief in pure-blood supremacy, being "blood traitors," or marrying a Muggle, Muggle-born or a half-blood wizard. On J. K. Rowling's Black Family Tree, disowned members are indicated with a burned black circle, so the portrait [identity] is no longer seen within the larger picture of the Black family destiny. Sirius, however, already decided to leave the nest of origin and move in with the Potter family.

Harry is assaulted by visions of people he loves who are trapped in the Ministry of Magic in dire straights. These horrific images occur in the dead of night, the time Harry is stalked by the Dark Lord while he remains hidden in the aeythers. Harry didn't finish his Occlumency tutoring with Professor Snape, and so he left a 'door open' he presumed was either nonexistent or sealed shut. This atmosphere of vulnerability helps to lay a foundation for the all-out battle in the Ministry of Magic that is just around the corner. We are prepared for the loss Harry will suffer because he is deceived by Voldemort and believes Sirius is being tortured at the Department of Mysteries, the same as Mr. Weasley.
Harry has prepared several Hogwarts students, known as Dumbledore's Army, in the absence of a genuine Defense Against the Dark Arts instructor. Luna Lovegood specifically asked about the Patronus Charm, and the group also received guidelines for use of various other protective techniques, compliments of Harry.
The members of Dumbledore's Army, with Harry when he went to London to save Sirius, were Hermione, Ron, Ginny, Neville, and Luna – who thoughtfully provided the transportation – a herd of airborne Thestrals. Inside the Ministry of Magic, it is silent as a tomb. Harry continues into a room of prophecies, each marked and ordered on an endless set of wooden shelves up to the ceiling. Each prophecy is insulated inside a clear crystal orb. Ron notices a crystal sphere with Harry and Voldemort's name on it. When Harry looks into it, Death Eaters materialize and confront Harry, in an effort to prevent him from learning more about the prophecy. [Harry later discovers the truth from Dumbledore.] DA manages a diverion by causing the prophecies to burst from their casings, but they are no match for the war saavy Death Eaters. In the nick of time, Dumbledore and
Order of the Phoenix members arrive.
The Death Eaters quickly recalibrate their strategy when they realize they will have to deal with a group equal to their fighting weight. Bellatrix Lestrange, a recent
resident of Azkaban prison and the cousin of Sirius, makes it personal. The old family feud over Black 'pure blood' is forced to the surface. She causes Sirius to protect Harry so that he loses his footing and falls through a concealed veiled black arch. Harry waits for Sirius to reappear on the other side. He attempts to go after him but is restrained by Remus Lupin, who tells him Sirius is dead. Harry is forced to admit that his godfather is gone.

The traditional belief is that any immortal can sojourn slower moving dominions
but will do so only if indirectly observed. Divine observers who travel the world of
mortals are basic to the legends, mythology, and saga-poems of the human race.
The lower worlds that are visited by immortals have a number of different names,
with universal constants, just as all religions teach one god in many languages.
Every nation has an epic poem of divine intervention by those who witness, record,
and sometimes guide those of us at the material world awareness level. The octaves are: an Astral [astrosome] dream environment, the Etheric or ghost double, and the
Physical Temple, as vehicle of choice for modern incarnates in a 'world of mortals'.
Each of these awareness levels are subject to individual interpretation and a purely
personal paradigm. For example, we learn from scholar Joseph Campbell [Hero of a
Thousand Faces], an influential consultant for Star Wars, J.R.R. Tolkien, and Scot
author J.K. Rowling, that modern mythology expands the traditional personifications previously popular in classic theatre, the olympic contest, and ancient rituals.
The Marvel Comics super heroes & heroines provide an updated and Aquarian version
of the classics, with the 'Ghost Rider', 'Red Sonja' and 'Conan the Barbarian', based on
the Robert E. Howard character. D. C. Comics provide Batman, Superman/Supergirl,
and Wonder Woman/Amazon Island, all evident in the mystery play scenario.
The Diana-Kore representation in the Chateau [Matrix set] is Persephone, goddess guide through the underworld in the great mystery drama, an initiation for all citizens in Ancient Greece. Archeological excavations have shown that a variety of underground sites housed sacred grounds with a sanctuary for meditation, dedications, and social/religious rituals. This architectural style, probably based on legend and myth, can be seen throughout ancient cities, summer palaces, and temples open to the public.
The Mystery Plays associated with the Earth Goddess and her daughter, Persephone [she who enters the underworld and is later reborn at dawn on the Spring Equinox], are best represented by the Eleusinian site. Eleusis is the last known residence of the Virgin Mary, the mother of Jesus, suggesting Jesus could have been connected with an initiation that included crucifixion, during the inner rites of the temple in that ancient community of elders.
HARRY POTTER
Harry Potter enters the world of witchcraft and wizardry on his eleventh birthday, and soon learns his wizard Godfather, Sirius Black [Gary Oldman], is a true Saturn/Mercury representative of the last decanate of Capricorn, Pisces Australis - the Virgo Decanate of Capricorn. Sirius is the last known surviving bearer of the family name of Black. This decanate is distinguished by long standing commitment to precision work, higher octave concepts and principles, and a tendency for the renunciate lifestyle. Rewards for the eloquent contributions made are often delayed until late in life. In the case of Sirius, we discover he was wrongly shut off from the wizarding world in his early twenties, and sentenced to life in Azkaban Prison, a dismal tower in the North Sea. Sirius watches over Harry and helps him to develop his skill and self-confidence at Hogwarts. He wills his property and family home to Harry when he leaves this dimension.
The House of Black is in London at Number Twelve Grimmauld Place, the hidden headquarters of the Order of the Phoenix. Most of the members of The Noble and Most Ancient House of Black were advocates of blood purity - quite fanatical, in fact. Even the Black house elf is a little snobby. Typical of a wizard residence in a muggle community, a Fidelius Charm [insulation spell] conceals the entire house so it may be accessed only by magic.
